HALLWAY - MOSAIC FLOOR TILING
Full removal of the ash sub floor and original floor tiles, rescreed and replacement mosaic tiles. All keeping the property fully accessible whilst the works were carried out
NAIL AND WAXING SALON
This was a redundant sun room which was fully refurbished. All walls dry lined and replastered, ceiling downlighters added, fully redecorated and finished off with high gloss flooring
BREAKFAST BAR AND LAMINATE FLOORING
Twin level breakfast bar fitted, together with new laminate flooring
WET ROOM SHOWER
Created a walk in, wet room shower. Half of the room was initially one side of a built in bedroom wardrobe. Internal walls removed and lintels installed, fully dry lined and plastered walls, down lights fitted, completely waterproofed and a 2m x 1m flush fitted shower tray installed. Finally fully tiled.
